One very important yet simple thing which many people tend to forget when they are cycling is that water is just as important an accessory as anything else in their bag. While you may carry multiple parts and tools to keep your cycle fit, your body needs a little water to keep running as well. You wouldn’t want your body to get de-hydrated in the middle of a ride now would you? That’s why you should always carry water with you when you go cycling no matter how short the distance you are going to travel.
